Robbie Coltrane dies at the age of 72 on Friday (10/14/2022)

Robbie Coltrane, who played Rubeus Hagrid in the Harry Potter film franchise, died at the age of 72 on Friday (October 10th 2022) local time.
This sad news was confirmed by his agent in England, Belinda Wright, as reported by The New York Times (October 10th 2022).
Wright said Robbie died at a hospital in Larbert, Scotland. However, the family did not reveal the cause of death and only said that Coltrane had been unwell for some time.
